Arnie Salinas, P.E.

Arnie Salinas brings over 23 years of extensive experience in the downstream oil and gas, chemical, and onshore sectors to his role as Vice President of the Downstream Business Unit. A dedicated leader and registered Professional Engineer, Arnie holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.

Before joining Arion, Arnie had a distinguished career at Wood, advancing from Civil Structural Engineering Lead to Project Director. He oversaw projects ranging from $5 million to $300 million TIC. His expertise covers all project management phases: engineering, construction, and startup, emphasizing safety, quality, and innovation. At Arion, Arnie is responsible for driving strategic initiatives and ensuring the continued growth of the Downstream Business Unit. His commitment to excellence aligns seamlessly with Arion’s core values, making him a valuable addition to the A-Team.
