Arion Announces Cooperation Agreements With Amerson Engineering and MDNTec

Houston-based EPCM firm Arion has recently signed cooperation agreements with Amerson Engineering and MDNTec for the joint pursuit of Automation projects in the US and South America.

Amerson Engineering is an established Automation & Control Systems services provider to the Oil & Gas industry. Based out of Hoover, Alabama, Amerson is a proven systems integrator with experience in onshore facilities, pipelines, and LNG.

With headquarters in Mendoza, Argentina, MDNTec provides consulting, engineering, and execution of automation technologies projects, including SCADA, PCS, Safety Systems, Communications, Networking, CCTV, Security Systems, and more. With broad applicability across the board, MDNTec offers expertise from onshore oil & gas, energy, water and sanitation, mining and cement, food and beverage and security services installations.

As a technology independent contractor, Arion’s Automation services will feature Automation Engineering & Consulting services such as Architecture design (DCS, SCADA, PLS, SIS), System upgrades/modifications, Narrative development, Telecommunications, and PMC resources.  Arion will also be providing integration services such as HMI/PLC programming, PLC/F&G/ESD Integration, as-built services, and FAT/SAT/Commisioning support.  Also, providing Digital Transformation solutions will be key focus as customers look to identify value around digital twins, wireless technology, virtualized solutions, and smart instrumentation.
